Description

Kwiff Limited is looking for an Account Manager based in Malta to join our growing account management team.

As a member of the Account Manager team, you are the face and voice of kwiff and you provide exceptional customer experience, understand top-level player value and are able to continue improving the current setup together with the line manager. The role requires you to have an advanced level of English and you to be willing to travel.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse player activity and behaviour, proactively acting to enhance the player’s experience.
  • Be Data Driven – review department performance and ensure that rewarding is offered in accordance with business requirements and their preferences.
  • RG and AML conversations via e-mail, message, phone call and live chat, to understand whether players’ are comfortable with their level of spend;
  • Handle customers’ day to day queries, expectations and entertainment experience, in collaboration with relevant departments, including out-of-hours, when necessary, in order to provide loyal players with personal and ‘industry leading’ service;
  • Create, plan, evaluate and implement improvements of targeted campaigns in collaboration with the CRM team aimed at optimising and increasing the return of investment;
  • Reporting on the performance of each campaign across both casino and sportsbook products and recommending improvements;
  • Assist CRM in creating journeys across both casino and sportsbook products for all loyal players across our brands and in our countries;
  • Increasing activities, retention and overall company loyalty by focusing on ROI, analyzing and reporting trends.

Qualities

  • Must have at least 2 years experience in B2C account management iGaming role
  • Customer obsessed
  • You have excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Be detail-oriented and love to optimise
  • Hungry to learn and eager to find new and more efficient solutions
  • A good understanding of online casino and sportsbook is essential.
  • Ability to manage vertically and laterally in a complex organisation.
  • Must be fluent in English (other languages could be considered a plus).

Backend Developer

LONDON

Description

We are looking for a strong backend systems developer to join our team in Hammersmith. You will have experience in Node.js, micro-service architectures and integrating external systems. It is important that you have a strong focus on quality around well written code, unit testing and a holistic approach to systems development.

Essential qualities and skills:

    • Node.js
    • Unit and integration testing
    • Experience designing and scaling relational databases (MySQL / Postgres)
    • Redis
    • Experience using AWS technologies or similar cloud based solutions
    • Source control
    • Experience in integrating external and internal API services and are excited about building modern tooling operations.
    • A strong understanding of the fundamentals – data structures, algorithms, OO design and system architecture
    • Excellent communication skills in both speech and writing
    • Self-motivated and proactive, takes own initiatives and involves others as needed
    • Quality focused
    • Teamwork and collaboration
    • Experience from similar dynamic, fast paced environments in growing companies, or at least a reason for wanting to be in one
     

Nice to haves:

    • Familiarity with container technology such as Docker
    • Typescript (or experience in strongly typed languages)
    • Experience using web-sockets
    • Experience from gambling industry can be a bonus but is not required

 

What will the role involve?

  • Sharing technical solutions and product ideas through design reviews, pair programming, code reviews and discussions
  • Shape a scalable and performant architecture of the internal systems that you will be working on.
  • Build systems for production and implement high-quality solutions, ensuring latency, availability and appropriate monitoring.
  • Own your code. Decide together with your team on technical frameworks being used and have the opportunity to implement best practices whilst the team is growing.
