• Customers must claim their gift by opening the app. No opt in is required.
• The promotion will run from 26/12/2019 14:00 until 26/12/2019 23:59. Any claim made outside of the promotion period will not count.
• Only one prize per customer. No cash alternative. Gifts are non-transferable.
• The Free Spins can be redeemed by accessing the eligible game (Book of Dead), during the promotional period.
• All winnings from the Free Spins will be in cash and have no additional turnover requirements.

• Winners of the Surprise Bets are chosen at random

• A Surprise Bet is a bet that is generated and placed by our algorithm, so could be on any bet type, and will appear in the ‘My Bets’ section on your app. 
• Surprise Bet winnings are paid out in cash, including the stake, and will not be subject to any wagering requirements.
• If the bet is cancelled, for example if the event is no longer scheduled to be played, the customer will receive a monetary reward equivalent.
• If the bet is voided (“pushed”), the customer will receive a monetary reward equivalent.
