As we scale, we’re on the hunt for a Head of Sportsbook to lead the charge on our sports betting vertical. This role is all about strategic ownership, operational excellence, and building a high-performing team that delivers standout value and experience for our players. Reporting to C-Level, you’ll own the roadmap, drive the numbers, and push innovation in one of the most dynamic areas of the business.

You’ll be the sportsbook’s architect, shaping strategy, managing key partnerships, and ensuring that every match, market, and margin hits the mark. If you thrive on data, leadership, and love the thrill of turning insight into action, apply below. 

Your role & responsibilities:

Strategic Ownership – Lead the end-to-end sportsbook strategy, from roadmap to revenue. Set and hit performance KPIs, manage the P&L, and champion innovation across brands.

Team Management– Build and manage a high-performing team. Set clear goals, run daily standups and weekly meetings, support growth, and ensure best practices are followed.

Sportsbook Operations & Risk Management – Oversee day-to-day operations, from odds-setting to event coverage. Manage risk exposure, monitor margin, and implement trading strategies that balance profitability with player value.

Product & UX Development – Partner with Product and Tech to scope, test, and optimise sportsbook tools and features. Drive front-end improvements and regional customisation to elevate the player experience.

Data & Insight – Build and act on performance reports. Translate sportsbook data into actionable insight, and communicate trends clearly across the business.

Stakeholder & Provider Management – Be the internal voice of the sportsbook. Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Casino, Compliance, and C-Level, while managing providers and securing optimal commercial terms.

Compliance & Market Awareness – Ensure all sportsbook activity is fully compliant with relevant regulations. Stay ahead of market trends, tech shifts, and competitor moves — and use that intel to keep us leading.
