As we scale, we’re on the hunt for an Account Management Support Agent to join our team in Malta. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for iGaming and a solid understanding of customer experience to take the next step in their career. You’ll be supporting high-value account managers, getting hands-on with real player data, and helping us deliver the kind of service that keeps our top players coming back. Your role & responsibilities:

Player Support & Engagement Manage High-Value player chats, Loyalty inbox queries, and make outbound calls to welcome new VIPs, follow up on feedback, verify player info, or re-engage lapsed players.

Bonus Credit & Comms – Credit goodwill, birthday, and onboarding bonuses for high value players, with timely follow-up via email, chat, or phone where appropriate.

Escalation Handling – Review internal escalations (bonus, compliance, support), resolve where possible, and escalate anything sensitive to the correct department.

Document Support – Conduct calls and follow up on outstanding documents to help progress verification for players.

Retention Monitoring – Flag potential High Value players and assess for goodwill gestures or engagement opportunities, and reach out directly

Campaign & Project Support – Help deliver targeted email/SMS comms and support wider AM initiatives like reactivation calls, player reviews, or internal audits.

Key skills we’re looking for:

  • Great Communicator – You’re confident, friendly, and clear on the phone, over email, and in chat. You know how to listen, build trust, and handle conversations professionally.
  • Detail-Oriented & Reliable – You take pride in getting things right, follow procedures carefully, and spot things others might miss. You stay organised and keep on top of your tasks.
  • Curious & Quick to Learn – You’re eager to pick up new systems, tools, and industry knowledge. You ask good questions, take feedback well, and enjoy growing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sports & Casino Interest – Whether it’s weekend accumulators or a spin on your favourite slot, you have an interest in betting or gaming and are excited to learn more about both.
  • Team Player – You work well with others, communicate openly, and know when to ask for support. You’re dependable and bring a positive attitude to the team.
  • Customer-Focused – You care about giving people a great experience, even when you’re not speaking to them directly. You understand the value of loyalty and attention to detail.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in customer service, call centres, or hospitality
  • Worked with tools like Excel, live chat platforms, or basic CRM systems
  • Interest or personal experience in sports betting or online casino
  • Familiarity with responsible gambling principles (training will be provided)

Working hours: 

This is a full-time, shift-based role based in our Malta office. Shifts are scheduled in advance and will include weekends, evenings, and public holidays on a rotational basis. You’ll be working flexibly aligning with peak interaction times to support player engagement.
