As we expand our presence, we are looking for a Casino Executive to support the daily operations of our casino vertical, working closely with the Casino Manager and cross-functional teams.This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic and eager to learn, even without prior casino experience. Full training will be provided 🎲 🚀
Your role & responsibilities:
Casino Operations & Product Management:
- Support daily casino activities, including game launches, lobby updates, and promotional scheduling.
- Help monitor game performance and player data to understand trends and identify opportunities.
- Assist with the integration of new games and features across platforms.
- Maintain relationships with game providers, addressing operational queries and issues.
Campaigns & Promotions:
- Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to assist in planning and executing casino campaigns.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
- Ensure promotional tools and campaigns are correctly configured and tested.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate simple reports.
- Assist in preparing basic data-driven insights on player engagement and campaign results.
- Support the team in preparing presentations and performance updates.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, QA, and Customer Support teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Participate in content testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside QA and development teams.

Required skills:
- No prior experience required, but experience in customer support or operations roles is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and an interest in learning more advanced data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for learning about casino products, player behaviour, and promotional mechanics.
