We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior CRM Executive with a passion for delivering compelling, player-facing campaigns across both sports betting and casino verticals. Your role & responsibilities:

Campaign Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for planning, executing, and delivering assigned CRM campaigns and promotions.

Execution & Delivery:  Build and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging) using CRM tools – ensuring accuracy, timing, and relevance.

Campaign Setup: Set up campaigns using both internal tools and external promotion platforms, ensuring smooth execution across all channels.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the wider kwiff team to address user issues, align messaging, and ensure a cohesive player experience.

User Journey Development: Contribute to the evolution of casino-specific player journeys and support monthly campaign planning to drive retention and engagement.

Customer Focus: Collaborate with customer support and other departments to enhance satisfaction and resolve player queries through targeted CRM touchpoints.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data to assess the performance of campaigns and provide insights that support the optimisation of CRM strategies.

Key skills we’re looking for:

  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in campaign setup and execution.
  • Focus on Growth: While direct experience is not essential, a genuine passion for casino, sports and the iGaming industry, coupled with a desire to learn and take on new responsibilities, is key.

As we scale, we’re on the hunt for a Head of Sportsbook to lead the charge on our sports betting vertical. As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Operational Performance to lead the operational engine of our business from our Malta hub. Your role & responsibilities:

Operational Strategy & Cross-Functional Coordination – Oversee daily operations across key verticals like Customer Service, Risk, Fraud, Payments, CRM, Casino, Sportsbook, and Account Management. Customer Experience & Service Quality – Champion a high-standard, data-informed service experience. Identify pain points, embed service levels, and evolve the tone of voice of how we speak to our customers.  Continuously improve support flows to enhance player satisfaction and retention.

Systems, Tools & Automation –Drive the operational tech stack, including in-house platforms such as our  Back Office and third-party platforms, Zendesk or equivalent. Lead automation and system optimisation initiatives that streamline workflows and boost internal productivity.

Knowledge Management & Documentation – Maintain a well-structured library of onboarding materials, process documentation, and vendor contracts. Ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and embedded into day-to-day workflows.

Negotiation – Have an understanding of market rates for 3rd party products and an ability to negotiate effectively to ensure we bring in the right products when doing so and for the right price. 

Operational Incident Management & Escalation Protocols – Own a clear, responsive emergency escalation framework. Regularly review and update contact matrices, response playbooks, and example scenarios to ensure swift resolution of critical issues.

Performance Reporting & Monthly Reviews – Monitor KPIs across all operational areas. Lead monthly performance reviews, surface insights, and ensure clear action points are communicated and owned by the right stakeholders.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Risk, Payments & Fraud Agent to help protect the integrity of our platform and ensure smooth and secure payment operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in preventing fraud, managing chargebacks, monitoring transactions, and supporting compliance with AML and responsible gambling standards. Your role & responsibilities:

You’ll be part of the team that protects our platform, supports secure payments, and ensures we meet the highest standards in risk and compliance.

  • Process payment transactions including deposits and withdrawals accurately and within agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor customer activity to identify suspicious behaviour, fraud, or potential abuse.
  • Investigate and resolve chargebacks, minimising financial loss and maximising recovery outcomes.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and account reviews to support AML and enhanced due diligence processes.
  • Analyse risk alerts and external reports to identify irregularities and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve transaction discrepancies and escalations.
  • Verify customer identities and authenticate documents as part of the KYC process.

We’re looking for a Backend Developer to help drive the growth of our next-generation sports and casino platform.
