Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Manager at kwiff located in Msida. The role involves managing high value client accounts, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Some flexibility for remote work is available, allowing for a balance between office-based and home-based tasks.

About the role:

  • Daily analysis of player data to identify potential great players.
  • Monthly audits of player segments to adjust or reassign where necessary.
  • Provide accurate reporting on promotions and overall performance.
  • Identify fluctuations in player behaviour and react accordingly.
  • Proactively reach out to new and existing to build long lasting relationships.
  • Answer queries to ensure fast and satisfactory resolution.
  • Collect feedback from and escalate to relevant departments.
  • Create tailored campaigns for players and segments, reaching out to promote the campaigns.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to maximise impact for customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure queries are handled or escalated in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the Risk, Payments & Fraud and Responsible Gambling teams to help identify potentially at risk players.
  • Conduct regular health checks with players to help promote responsible gambling and ensure customers are enjoying their experience.

Qualifications:

  • Client Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Account Development skills

  • Knowledge of the betting industry and trends
  • Experience with Zendesk software is a plus

kwiff is looking for someone to join an ever evolving team to supercharge safer gambling.

As a Responsible Gambling Analyst at kwiff you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our gambling services while ensuring the well-being of our customers. You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and implementing strategies to promote responsible gambling behaviours and prevent potential gambling-related harms.

A successful candidate will be supporting a comprehensive programme to comply with applicable regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse risk-scoring reports to identify at risk players.
  • Interact with players who are display indicators of risk by phone or email and provide support according to internal policies and procedures for additional checks, application of tools and self-exclusion.
  • Create and maintain detailed records of interactions, information, interventions and reviews carried out.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of responsible gambling tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer experience and marketing, to implement responsible gambling initiatives.
  • Uphold and improve responsible play processes
  • Review accounts based on alerts and other reports to identify players that may require further attention or ongoing monitoring.
  • Interpreting and analysing data sets from customer accounts, following key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling.
  • Note; this role will require working weekends.

Requirements:

  • Perfect written and spoken English, with the abilty to understand British slang terms.
  • Personable to be able to engage with players and build relationships quickly.
  • Knowledge of responsible gambling approaches and good practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to take reasoned actions.
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the gambling industry or related field is highly desirable.

As a Risk, Payments and Fraud Agent you will be responsible for making sure that payment requests, both in and out of customers’ accounts, are reviewed and processed on time and with accuracy, whilst ensuring that established policies and procedures relating to fraud prevention are followed.

Key skills for this role include a person who is reliable, a problem-solver, has excellent analytical skills, acute attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and process transactions in accordance with established standards and procedures within service SLAs.
  • Review, analyse and resolve chargeback disputes efficiently and accurately.
  • Run daily security checks on accounts and payment transactions to identify fraudulent activity or abuse.
  • Review risk alerts related to customer account activity.
  • Perform detailed risk analysis of all aspects of a customer’s account to detect and deter fraud and money laundering activities or suspicious behaviour.
  • Review and analyse various external reports to assist with account registration as well as various AML processes relating to enhanced due diligence.
  • Communicate with other departments and/or external providers to research and resolve customer issues, research transaction discrepancies and take appropriate action.
  • Assist in the timely resolution of escalated transactions, tickets and issues, including adjusting transactions in customer accounts when necessary or instructed.
  • Ensure the proper handling of customer’s accounts management including proper reporting and documenting of issues.
  • Assist other departments in understanding payment processing application and procedures
  • Follow up on unresolved problems and escalate in accordance with establish policy procedures and protocols
  • Ensure that all information of confidential nature is held in a secure and confidential manner and adhere to company standards during all interactions
  • Assist with customer identity verification and document authentication.
  • Assist line manager and/or Head of Operations with special projects as assigned to introduce new products or solutions.
  • Ad hoc tasks when required.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to the details are essential.
  • Basic understanding of online gaming fraud and money laundering schemes as well as potential mitigation strategies.
  • Basic understanding of Responsible Gambling (RG) red flags and indicators.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take initiative to perform at a high amount of workload.
  • Ability to think critically and draw from experience to make decisions.
  • Team worker and someone that can work well with others.
  • Ability to understand both written and oral instructions in English.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our players with queries regarding all aspects of our product, from sports and casino to verification and withdrawals.

We are looking for a strong backend systems developer to join our team in Hammersmith. You will have experience in Node.js, micro-service architectures and integrating external systems. It is important that you have a strong focus on quality around well written code, unit testing and a holistic approach to systems development.
